Volkswagen Marine SDi 40-4
Aceasta este versiunea de viteza mai mica a motorului nostru in patru cilindri (max. 2,600 rpm) si este conceput pentru ambarcatiuni de mici dimensiuni unde se doreste mai multa silentiozitate. La viteze de croaziera, rareori se vor depasi 2,000 rpm, desi motorul este conceput pentru 4,800 rpm. Asa ca, in cazul SDi 40-4, singurul zgomot pe care il veti auzi va fi cel de la sistemul de racire cu apa!
Intruneste toate standardele europene si toate standardele legate de emisia de noxe care se asteapta sa intre in vigoare.

The Saildrive
We have not invented this type of drive unit, but we refined it and offer it in combination with our very silent engines to explore new fields of application. This has even caused owners to install Volkswagen Marine Saildrive packages aboard motor boats which were originally designed for V-drive systems. The resulting reduction in noise and vibration levels is very hard to achieve with conventional shaft drives. The Volkswagen Marine Saildrive is available with all variants of our for cylinder, i.e. with ratings from 29 kW (40 hp) up to 55 kW (75 hp).
